Prioritize your health and join us to learn some hands-on cooking skills and tasty, healthy recipes!
Cook, eat, and learn to prepare delicious and nutritious meals. All classes are free with sample tastings! You'll walk away with practical cooking skills and recipes you can easily recreate at home.

Meet the Instructor Courtney Russ, Virginia Cooperative Extension
Courtney is a Family and Consumer Sciences Agent with the Virginia Cooperative Extension. She has a background in international physical and health education. She earned her doctorate in health science while teaching abroad and is passionate about food and travel.
