Tameka Irving Community Benefit Manager

Tameka is the Community Benefits Manager at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, where she manages a variety of programs focused on advancing health equity, improving access to care, promoting healthy eating and active living, addressing mental health and substance use issues, and fostering connected communities for all ages—key priorities identified in the Community Health Needs Assessment. Passionate about enhancing community health, she is committed to understanding local needs and bringing innovative health initiatives and resources to the community. Outside of work, Tameka enjoys spending time with her four children, playing basketball, crafting, and traveling whenever possible.

Kimberly is excited to continue providing vision and leadership for the Community Health team, helping to strengthen its efforts and ensure that vital health resources are accessible to those who need them most.

Setour Dillard Intergrated Care Manager

As Sentara's Integrated Care Manager, Setour serves as a coach and care team partner for community members on their health journey. Setour provides free individualized wellness plans and one-on-one support to help people live their healthiest lives. She also provides free health screenings for Hemoglobin A1C, blood pressure, and risk assessments for strokes and diabetes.

Setour is an Orange County native, who has served our community as a Sentara Martha Jefferson nurse for more than 40 years. She worked for many years as an oncology nurse at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital (when it was across the street from her current office location). Now a cancer survivor herself, Setour joined the Community Health and Outreach team in 2019 and is passionate about providing excellent care while treating patients as family.

Emily Smith Community Engagement Coordinator

Emily has over ten years of experience in family support services and community development within nonprofit organizations. With a background in early childhood education, she is deeply committed to ensuring that all community members, regardless of their background, have access to the healthcare and support services they need to thrive. Emily is eager to apply her nonprofit management expertise to help the Community Health Team engage with a diverse audience, focusing on communications, outreach, and operations management. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling, and reading.

Diana Webb Community Engagement Coordinator

Diana Webb is passionate about supporting communities getting healthier in ways that works for them. As a Charlottesville native she volunteered at Martha Jefferson Hospital in high school. She was drawn to volunteer at MJH because of The Caring Tradition and the dedication the team showed every patient. While volunteering she realized that while she enjoyed working in the hospital setting, she wanted to help people stay out of the hospital when possible. After graduating James Madison University with a degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Public Health Education and a minor in Substance Abuse Prevention, she sought after a workplace as caring as SMJH. Luckily this brought her back to SMJH as a Community Health Educator. In 2023 she finished her master's degree in organizational leadership from Eastern Mennonite University and transitioned into the role of Community Engagement Coordinator.  In her free time, she enjoys reading books.

Seirra Winn Community Relationships Coordinator

Seirra has been with the Community Health & Outreach team for 5 years. She coordinates the no-cost farm stands that connect community members in need with access to fresh and healthy foods. Seirra leads fitness programming with classes across the region.
