You can help us make a great first impresssion at one of our many concierge desks or in one of our retail areas.
Concierge Desk - There are three information desks, two in the hospital and one in the outpatiet care center which provide a variety of customer service responsibilities: Greeting guests, providing information, answering the phone, giving directions, delivering flowers, wheel chairing a patient to their destination as needed, badging visitors (main hospital entrance only). You should be computer friendly.
Labor & Delivery Desk - This customer service desk is located in the labor & delivery department. Customer service responsibilities include greeting and announcing visitors, badging visitors, answering the phone, help making folders and other desk centric tasks.
Caregiver Center Concierge Desk - Greeting and welcoming all visitors, introduce them to the center, briefly share about the caregiver program, answer phones, be a warm and kind face with empathetic listening if needed, offer community resurces if appropriate.
Marketplace Gift Shop - Assist customers with gift shop merchandise, ringing up sales, blowing up helium balloons, answering the phone and taking orders, straightening and stocking merchandise, make suggestions for items for purchase.
Outpatient Pharmacy - Greeting customers, using cash register to ring up customer's prescription and over the counter items, pricing and restocking over the counter items, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Martha's Garden Cafe - Help with keeping items for sale replenished and stocked on the cafe floor and in the storeroom. Assisting in keeping the dining area clean and tidy. Helping customers as needed cary their tray or locate an item for them.
