Intentional Caring: A Nurturing Tradition

The Intentional Caring Wellness Program offers self-care and wellness resources to all hospital employees, as well as Sentara regional medical groups.  All programs are supported by hospital leadership and made possible by community support through the Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation.

Caring for the Caregivers

With the full support of hospital leadership, the Intentional Caring Committee launched in Fall 2018. We aspire to create a comprehensive wellness program designed around your unique needs and challenges as healthcare professionals at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital.  We encourage you to utilize these resources and stay in touch with feedback and ideas.
