About the Presenter: Setour Dillard, RN

As Sentara's Integrated Care Manager, Setour serves as a coach and care team partner for community members on their health journey. Setour provides free individualized wellness plans and one-on-one support to help people live their healthiest lives. She also provides free health screenings for Hemoglobin A1C, blood pressure, and risk assessments for strokes and diabetes.

Setour is an Orange County native, who has served our community as a Sentara Martha Jefferson nurse for more than 40 years. She worked for many years as an oncology nurse at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital (when it was across the street from her current office location). Now a cancer survivor herself, Setour joined the Community Health and Outreach team in 2019 and is passionate about providing excellent care while treating patients as family.
