About the Speaker: Stefanie Brock, BSN, RN, CCCTM | Stroke Program Coordinator

Stefanie Brock is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Mennonite University. She is certified in care coordination and transition management, helping patients navigate their care and recovery. With 15 years of experience, Stefanie started her career at Sentara RMH, working on a tele-stroke-renal unit, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care. She has also held leadership roles in case management and nursing teams. As the Stroke Coordinator at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, Stefanie advocates for the best practices in stroke care, oversees patient outcomes, and uses data to improve treatment and recovery processes.
