Join us for free workouts with qualified fitness instructors in our region. Our classes are weekly, unless otherwise noted.

All equipment is provided, and no registration is required. Just grab your sneakers and come find us. Fun and judgment-free, we promise!

Meet Your Instructors

Avis Fields teaches Xtreme Hip Hop. Xtreme Hip- Hop step is a program like no other! It combines Xtreme cardio, the step board, hip-hop music and lots of swag to provide participants with a fresh spin on an old concept. The mission is to encourage fitness and make it fun. All levels welcomed and supported!

Traquan Garnett teaches bootcamp style fitness classes in Louisa County. Classes are a mix of cardio and weight training. Come join the fun, encouraging environment to get your work out in! All levels welcomed and supported! 

JT Thomspon teaches Xtreme Hip-Hop in Esmont. He is a mental health professional specializing in youth and family services.  In the late Summer 2023, he was a resident in counseling and plans to stay in pursuit of providing a nontraditional approach in clinical mental health counseling. “I want to show the young men that look like me and the families the resemble mine that mental health matters”.
In the gym he says, "I’m going to catch a vibe. I keep classes simple so that everyone can join in and have fun”. All levels welcomed and supported!
