How You're Making a Difference
Led by The Women's Committee of Sentara Martha Jefferson, In The Pink has grown into one of Charlottesville's most powerful efforts to support women in the fight against breast cancer.
Last year alone, our community turned out in force and shattered our previous records: 285 players and generous sponsors raised nearly $50,000 in cash and in-kind support. Our friends at Glenmore even launched the first-ever companion golf tournament, raising more than $9,000 through donations and sponsorship support.
Your generous support directly funds life-saving programs and services for women in our community. From preventive screenings to resources and support for people at all stages of the cancer journey, your generosity wraps patients in love and care, so that no one walks the hard road of cancer alone.
