For Sara Morris, BSN, RN, RN-BC, receiving a scholarship was key to advancing her nursing training. Soon after the birth of her second child Morris enrolled in an online RN-to-BSN program through Kaplan University with support from Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital’s Haden Institute of Nursing Excellence and Innovation.
